Fastest Way to Get Fit
Imagine all the possibilities in front of you when you have a healthy body! You can be energetic, play sports, swim, have sex, go to the places that you dream of, paint and, in not so many words, be awesome. Being healthy is actually pretty rewarding and, if you want too, it’s never too late. You have so many examples out there. There are people who used to be almost mortally obese and now they look amazing. The equation is quite simple: physical activity and diet. The practice is a bit harder (from our own experience).
Ideally, when you are dieting, you have to eat your daily dose of fruits and vegetables but you also have to include proteins. Even more ideal would be to make a lifetime change and not see this as a diet but as a way of living. This way you’ll avoid the yo-yo effect after you lose weight.
When it comes to physical activity, you should try exercising for at least 30 minutes every day. You can practice whichever sport you like: walking, jogging, cycling, going to the gym, tennis, football and more.
I know that we all want the fastest way to get fit but you have to be patient and keep yourself motivated. If there’s a will, there’s a way.
You should try intense interval training or just simply train really intense for those 30 minutes. Studies have shown that it matters more the intensity of the exercise than the length. Still don’t cheat, 30 minutes per day is the absolute minimum you have to work out. It is better to vary your routine so you won’t get bored. You can try jogging for your cardio, some flexing muscles for your core strengthening and cross training for flexibility. You can always get all that with badminton, basketball or swimming. You should also try to play some sports. When you play with friends times go by faster and you work out better.
The HIIT or the high intensity interval training is the same as your routine work out only it divides your work out in intensity intervals. During these interval trainings your rest time is kept to the minimum. You can do weights, sprinting, grip exercises and flexibility workouts.
Your training is nothing without a proper diet. If you’re really serious about getting fit fast, then you might need help. Don’t worry, even celebrities do it. Find yourself a good nutritionist or a personal trainer to monitor your progress and give you sound advice- and also to make sure that you don’t overdo things.
As a general diet plan your day should be something like this:
- For breakfast, you can have orange juice, milk, eggs, wheat bread with cream cheese and any other healthy protein source. You can also add some fruits like banana, watermelon or avocado.
- For lunch, you can indulge yourself with some baked or cooked chicken. Fish is also a good source of healthy fats and protein as well as your beef and pork. Always add a big size of green steamed vegetables to your meet.
- For dinner keep it light. A steak with a salad or seafood can be the perfect ending of a great day.
Getting fit can be hard or easy, it all depends on you. If you accept your body and want to make it healthier and better looking, you should start by understanding where you did wrong in your diet. Don’t always look for the fastest way to get fit look for the way that works for you.
